We provide the administration for the effective and efficient use of supplementary staffing in NHS Tayside.


We are looking for an individual who would be interested in supporting the administrative team within the Staff Bank Office, Ninewells. This would be for bank hours, as and when required, to commence as soon as possible.


This would be primarily supporting the administrative team, handling Bank calls. Full training will be provided; however, you must be competent and confident in dealing with customers and working with computers and I.T. systems. You will be required to commit to 2 weeks full time orientation (Mon to Fri) in order for you to be able to continue with shifts. 


Previous call handling experience is essential and previous NHS Administrative experience is desirable.


We are looking for staff who would be available between the hours of 0800-1700, Mon to Fri & weekend cover. Candidates should only note their interest if available to cover weekends.


Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.

We are unable to provide Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship for bank employment.
