An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Corporate Risk Manager to join NHS Forth Valley.
This role will provide a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future development of Risk Management and Assurance across the organisation. You will be responsible for the effective management, implementation, monitoring, and training of Risk Management. The post will act as the key point of contact for Risk Management and will provide support to senior managers across NHS Forth Valley and Social Care Partnerships.
Accountable to the Head of Policy & Performance you will work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to embed professional, robust and consistent Risk Management systems and processes in line with the Board’s Risk Management Strategy.
You must be able to evidence a proven track record in Risk Management along with specialist knowledge of Risk and Assurance, including a clear understanding of relevant legislation professional standards and knowledge of Risk Management systems in a health setting. You should be educated to Degree level or equivalent, preferably with a qualification in governance and risk.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
