An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, forward thinking individual to join our highly committed Advanced Heart Failure Team Nurse Specialist Team.

You will be expected to possess a high level of clinical knowledge, skills and expertise in relation to the patients within your care. You will also require excellent organisational and communication skills.

This post will also entail contributing to the existing 24/7 on call rota for donor organ management, retrieval and transplantation and communication with nursing and medical colleagues in relation to the organisation at the time of transplant.

NHS Golden Jubilee is committed to ongoing learning and as such will provide the appropriate training and supervision for this role.
