We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic specialist physiotherapist to join the Cardiac Rehabilitation Team based at Stobhill . The post is based within the hospital and community across North Glasgow. Applications are invited from physiotherapists with specialist cardiac knowledge and experience in improving clinical outcomes and quality of life.
- You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team delivering evidence based rehabilitation interventions to a wide range of cardiac patients.
- You will be responsible for the assessment, evaluation, treatment and discharge of patients within the service.
- You will plan and deliver rehabilitation in accordance with the board wide service, ensuring timely, safe and effective person centred exercise and education programmes.
- You will be responsible for supervising a healthcare support worker and students on clinical placement.
- You must have a proven record of excellent clinical, communication and time management skills and an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
It is essential that you are currently registered with the HCPC.
