The post holder plays a key dynamic role in leading transformational change to deliver improved quality of care, patient safety and patient centred services within hospital site, accountable directly to the Site Director.
The Business Manager will contribute to the Senior Management Team for REAS providing leadership and visibility and supporting the scheduled and unscheduled care workflows associated with running an acute site.
The post holder will lead on a portfolio of projects ensuring service changes and improvements are implemented, monitored and evaluated.
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
