As the successful candidate, you will work with people to enhance their quality of life and personal resilience through their engagement in opportunities for personal development and social inclusion within the wider community. Individuals will be aged 16 years and over and will be experiencing a range of health and wellbeing issues which includes mild, moderate and severe mental health and wellbeing issues.
MoveAhead provides excellent formal and informal supervision and supports individual development and innovative practice through performance development reviews and learning plans.
Applicants must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a Team and be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with challenging situations. If you have these skills and display strengths based and socially inclusive approaches to working then we would like to hear from you.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

Hours of work are: 37.5 Hours per week. The Team’s core hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm however you will be required to work, on occasion, out with these times in line with client need.
