New Craigs in Inverness provides care to individuals with differing needs, including Learning Disabilities, Dementia and Acute Mental Ill health in a hospital setting.   We are seeking a Hospital Manager to oversee the day to day operations of the activity on site, work in partnership to manage future refurbishments, redesigns and service developments to continue to offer excellent care and support in an environment fit for purpose.  With strong influencing and leadership qualities you will require to evidence significant experience of person or programme management in a healthcare or equivalent complex environment. 

Key skills include a high level of communication, ability to work in a flexible manner attending to immediate concerns across the site, problem solving skills and an ability to work in partnership with clinicians and other stakeholders.  You will also be strongly committed to continuous improvement of service delivery and improving outcomes for patients.
