Are you interested in being part of the North & West Sutherland Integrated Health and Social Care Team? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to join Community Mental Health Team as Senior Health & Social Care Worker Mental Health, generic & Drug & Alcohol Recovery within the Integrated Team, to provide care and support to patients in their own homes and other community settings under guidance of Community Psychiatric Nurse across primarily North Sutherland.
This post will be based at Melvich, but you would be expected to travel substantially across North Sutherland. The hours are worked Mon - Fri 9-5, up to 37.5 hours. Job share candidates considered.
A full driving licence is essential and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
