Location: Adamson & St Andrews Community Hospitals 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Health & Social Care Partnership, providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our Senior Charge Nurse in the locations mentioned above.

You should be educated to National 5 / Standard Grade level; possess RSA / SCOTVEC qualification or equivalent or have relevant previous experience.

You should also possess excellent keyboard, organisational and communication skills as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Knowledge and experience of a hospital environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of NHS systems and processes, however training will be given.

Previous administrative experience and knowledge of confidentiality and safe handling of information / GDPR is required.  You should have the ability to work as a member of a team and on your own initiative with minimal supervision.

A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is also required.

Ability to travel between sites is essential.
