The Belford Hospital is situated in Fort William in Lochaber. The area is one of outstanding beauty offering opportunities for water sports, mountaineering and snow sports. Fort William itself lies at the head of Loch Linnhe and at the foot of Ben Nevis, the highest and most popular mountain in the British Isles with Glasgow, Inverness and Stirling all within a 2 hour drive.
An opportunity has arisen within the Outpatient department for an enthusiastic Senior Charge Nurse. The post is full time 37.5 hrs, with hours worked over 5 days. You will have relevant and current experience relevant to this post. Ideally looking for an individual with an enthusiastic and innovative approach to team working. The individual must have evidence of continuing professional development with knowledge and experience in this departmental area would be desirable. Some senior nurse experience is essential.
