We are recruiting for the role of a Business Support Administrator within the NHSGGC Travel Health Services based in Glasgow. The post forms part of a newly formed Travel Health Team and provides a comprehensive, administrative service to the Specialist Travel Team as required.

The post-holder will contribute significantly to achievement of the role of the Travel Health service through efficiently carrying out a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks. You must be must be flexible in approach and able to manage a variable workload effectively.

It is essential to have previous experience in SSTS, excellent IT skills and meeting/minute preparation skills. Working knowledge of NHS organisation and policies is essential.
