An exciting opportunity has arisen within Ward A22 in Forth Valley Royal Hospital, based at Larbert.
In this post you will have the opportunity to develop and improve the journey of patients who attend the acute receiving areas of the hospital who have complex discharging needs.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, caring and hard working Registered Nurse to become a Senior Staff Nurse as part of a multidisciplinary team. A high level of interpersonal, communication and organisational skills are essential. You must demonstrate an appetite for ongoing learning and be able to provide evidence of your professional development. This is a secondement for six months.
The candidate must be keen to participate and contribute significantly to the development of the rapidly evolving service provision within Forth Valley. Your experience must demonstrate that you are able to provide clinical leadership and expert advice to the A22 Nursing team, through support and education. The candidate will also be expected to lead surveillance and audit and support the Senior Charge Nurse with the core dimensions set out in Leading Better Care.

Comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards is required.
