An opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Officer based at University Hospital Crosshouse, Kilmarnock.
What you will do:
Duties include the maintenance and filing of patients confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and booking out-patient appointments using the computerised Patient Management System. Providing reception services, answering telephones and relaying messages.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You should possess SVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent qualification or experience.

Hours:
30 hours per week. You will require to work flexibly which may include working over 7.
