Part Time Medical Receptionist (25.5 hours/week – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at Coast Health.

We are a busy GP surgery based in the East Neuk towns of Pittenweem and Elie. As part of the administration team you will provide a valued contribution to the care of our practice population.

Duties mainly include answering busy telephone lines, arranging patient appointments and follow ups, managing repeat prescriptions, electronic document filings, and general office/administration tasks. Audio typing skills would also be helpful.

As first point of contact for the Practice you must possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working with the public. A pleasant manner and proven customer service experience are essential.

Previous experience of working in Primary Care is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
