An exciting opportunity has arisen within Clackmannan & Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership in the Care of the Elderly, Wallace Suite, Bellfield Centre, Stirling for a suitably qualified registered nurse for the post of Deputy Charge Nurse/ Senior Staff Nurse.

The working environment is within the Stirling Health and Social Care Village in the Bellfield Centre working in an integrated setting with all partners.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard working experienced Registered Nurse who has vision and can demonstrate high standards to care. The delivery of holistic, person-centred care is paramount. Your ability to problem-solve and think on your feet is vital.  Experience of regularly assuming charge of your clinical area is essential as is evidence of leadership skills and evidence of an appetite for lifelong learning with a focus in continuous quality improvement to ensure patient safety.

As part of the multidisciplinary team the post holder will have responsibility for assessment, delivery, and supervision of care needs, supporting the clinical standards within the ward environment, to ensure that Quality Standards and Key Performance Indicators are met.   You must be a team player and share the values of the Partnership.

Experience of working as a band 5 / band 6 is desirable.  Experience in elderly care and rehabilitation is essentialYou will be expected to work a flexible work pattern. 

The successful candidate will provide management support to the Senior Charge Nurse, in the delivery of the day to day management of the Wallace suite as well as the delivery of the needs of service and organisation for patients in our care.  The role includes deputising for the Senior Charge Nurse in her absence.
