WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN THE INHOUSE CATERING TEAM WITHIN INVERGORDON HOSPITAL.
YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF THE KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM ENSURING ALL FOOD HYGIENE REGULATIONS ARE ADHERED TO.
YOU WILL PROVIDE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT TO THE KITCHEN STAFF ON ALL FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND THE FOOD IN HOSPITAL POLICY.
APPLICANTS MUST BE TRAINED TO REHIS INTERMIDIATE FOOD HYGIENE LEVEL.
YOU MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK AS PART OF A TEAM OR ON YOUR OWN INITIATIVE.
APPLICANTS SHOULD ALSO BE EDUCATED TO CITY & GUILDS 706/1 OR SVQ EQUIVILANT.
APPLICANTS MUST BE WELL EDUCATED AND OF A SMART APPEARANCE.
