EVENING DOMESTIC SUPERVISOR

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Evening Domestic Supervisor to support our Domestic Teams within Dr Gray’s Hospital on a permanent basis.   

Hours of work are on a 2 week rota basis:

  

The role focuses on the day to day management of an established team of domestic assistants. Applicants must be fit for the role with a can do approach and be able work closely with others and provide a high quality standard of work. Ability to fully understand all tasks is crucial. The successful applicant would be expected to have previous supervisory or team leader experience and a strong understanding of the supervision of staff.  This would include effective handling of difficult situations, monitoring performance, rota planning, absence management and positively engaging with all grades of staff in order to maximise the department’s effectiveness.
