The Post:
We are seeking a Project Manager to support an established scrum team in the continuing design, development and delivery of the PHS corporate website.
Key duties include:
•    Supporting the work of the scrum team
•    Keeping road maps/timelines up to date
•    Organising and chairing meetings for the team
•    Taking an active role in planning and workshop sessions
•    Collating data and compiling reports
•    Keeping Trello up to date
•    Raising Purchase Orders and monitoring budgets

The Candidate:
You will have:
•    A post graduate level qualification or equivalent level of experience in Project Management or a relevant field.
•    Specialist experience of an agile project management approach.
•    Demonstrable experience of delivering successful projects using project management tools and techniques.
•    Highly effective communication skills; adept at listening to and understanding the views of customers, partners and stakeholders and conveying complex or difficult messages clearly and concisely.
•    Proven skills in managing and motivating teams to achieve results and provide an excellent customer-focused service.

Location and Working Pattern:
Hybrid working is offered but candidates may choose to work solely in the office.  Offices are based at 2 Central Quay in Glasgow or The Gyle in Edinburgh.
Working pattern will be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

During times of public health emergency, or other urgent business need, you may be required on a temporary basis to work your normal contracted working hours over 7 days including weekends, in order to meet the needs of the service.

It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with PHS.
