We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to take on the role of Radiology Services manager, NHS Grampian. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional candidate to work directly with the Unit operational manager to help manage, innovate, and support Radiology services, ensuring the delivery of person-centred, safe, and effective healthcare in alignment with NHS Grampian's Plan for the Future Strategy. As Radiology service manager, you will be an integral part of our Clinical Support Services (CSS) and Integrated Specialist Care Services Portfolio management team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support and assist the radiology operational manager ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical governance and safety.
•Help to oversee complex quality improvement programs, driving innovation and excellence.
•Collaborate with health system partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
•Lead on balancing demand management and capacity planning, effectively allocating resources and meeting waiting time’s delivery timelines.
•Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities and resources effectively.
