An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Nurse within the Children’s Nursing Service in East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

We are looking for an inspiring individual to provide both professional leadership and operational management, leading the direct delivery, planning and development of all clinical care in Children and Families Nursing services within the HSCP. The Health Visiting and School Nursing Teams along with our clinical support staff deliver services at a universal and targeted level to support the wellbeing needs of children, young people and their families.

This leadership role offers opportunity to be involved strategically across the integrated HSCP working in collaboration with our communities and multi-agency partners. The post holder will be experienced in delivery on Scotland Public Health agenda, including Getting it Right for Every Child, The Promise and the Children and Young Peoples Act 2014.

The post holder will be highly skilled in leadership and people management. They will have a flexible strengths based approach, be innovative and quality orientated with an ability to respond positively to change.

The successful candidate will currently be a Registered Nurse with the NMC and have a qualification in Health Visiting or Public Health Nursing.

The shift pattern for this post in Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.

This post is based in Eastwood Health Centre but may involve working in a variety of locations.
