The shift pattern is Monday-Friday 08.30-16.30 (37.5 hours).
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the North East Inpatient service, based at Stobhill Hospital. You will work as part of the Inpatient Mental Health Team. You will be responsible for providing evidence based occupational therapy assessment, treatment planning and interventions to patients with mental health conditions.
The occupational therapy inpatient service is integral to the multi-disciplinary team. There is an opportunity to contribute to assessments and interventions within the eating disorder service and delivering vocational rehabilitation and sensory screening assessments and interventions.
You must have a BSc in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) with pending HCPC registration as an occupational therapist. It would be desirable to have experience working in mental health.
