NHS Highland is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Registrant to deliver lifespan vaccination programmes across the Lochaber area in a new and growing service. We provide vaccinations to preschool children and babies; school aged children, flu, Covid and ad-hoc vaccinations.
Candidates must have good organisational skills and be great communicators. You are required to be flexible and work collaboratively in a small team. You will attend the varied vaccination clinics and provide high quality vaccination advice and nursing care support to patients of all ages. Previous experience in public health promotion and community based clinics is desirable.
Vaccination Clinics are run at various times and locations across Lochaber. We cover a large geographical area from the Western Peninsula to Fort Augustus and enjoy a varied working week.
