Position

We are excited to announce that we are now inviting applications for our Safety and Security Manager based at Foxgrove National Secure Adolescent Inpatient Service within Ayrshire Central Hospital.

The position is offered on a permanent basis.

What you will do:

You will join and work alongside the Service Manager and multi-disciplinary  team to assist in completion of the final development of pathways and standard operating policies focusing on security systems and maintaining critical aspects of security systems- procedurally, relationally and operationally, whilst having the opportunity to build the culture and ethos of the service prior to its opening in 2024.

This post has 6 direct reports, will include shift work and also attracts a recruitment and retention premia.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative individual who is educated to degree level and has previous experience of security and leadership with transferrable skills.
