We are seeking to appoint a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with skills complementary to existing consultant’s interests. There will be a significant gynaecology element to this job and any other special areas of interest could be considered after appointment. It should be noted that major gynaecology operating may not necessarily feature in this role. This role will primarily focus on reducing outpatient wait times within general gynecology both through clinic provision and innovation to modernise patient pathways.
Within this post the successful candidate would be expected to participate in the out of hours Rota. The rota is designed to provide two flexible tiers of medical cover and increased consultant presence provide acute obstetrics and gynaecology care. The job plan consists of ten programmed activities.
