Are you an innovative thinker? Do you enjoy training and supporting others to understand the digital world? Do you listen and communicate effectively? If you do then NHS Fife is looking for you to be their Digital Enablement Co-ordinator supporting Primary Care.
The role of Digital Enablement Co-ordinator is imperative to successful delivery and embedding of Digital within NHS Fife’s Primary Care Community.
You will work within the Digital Strategic Delivery team and will provide professional advice, guidance and support on all aspects of delivery of Digital training; they will seek new and innovative ways to deliver this training to a range of stakeholders throughout NHS Fife.
Experience within a training environment, with excellent interpersonal skills is key to effective delivery of this post and you must be able to travel throughout Fife and across Scotland as required.
NHS Fife is ambitious in developing its Digital Delivery Plan to support organisational change and modernise service delivery for the benefit of staff, patients, carers and the public. We are looking for someone who will be a key advocate of this agenda and who is passionate about ensuring that training is delivered hand in hand with change to create a truly effective workforce.
