The NHS Tayside Digital Directorate are looking to recruit an Identity & Access Manager (Systems Support Specialist) within the Digital Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team on a permanent basis.
The IAM team are responsible for the on boarding and off boarding of 21,000 staff across NHS Tayside and partner organisations. The team administers over fifty business and clinical applications.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the IAM team as the team manager. Duties will consist of the development and delivering of an Identity Strategy, Management and delivery of solutions to enable access to NHS Tayside services. The post will be required to deliver on elements of the NHS Scotland National Office 365 programme.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate should have previous experience of working with Identity solutions and directory management.
The post requires education to a minimum of degree level, preferably in the IT field or an equivalent level of knowledge and should include the following:
• Awareness of emerging technologies and trends.
• Focus on Customer Service.
• Experience in autonomous decision making and liaising with internal/national support teams to provide solutions to problems or issues.
• Experience in use of Identity products and authentication solutions such as Active Directory and LDAP is essential.
• Experience in managing organisation Identities such as standard users, privileged user access, and vendor access.
This role will include the above but is not restricted to these responsibilities.
A key element of the role includes supporting your colleagues with technical decision making and developing and implementing an Identity Strategy.
