We are looking for a dynamic, organised team player to join our Clinical Governance Department (aligned to the Safe Team).
You will bring ambition, energy and enthusiasm to team with the focus on excellent attention to detail, strong IT systems and their application, including proficient use in excel. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and team working skills are essential.
You will be educated to degree level or be able to demonstrate experience gained through equivalent work experience relevant to the post and have previous experience of the NHS with experience in risk management and resilience.
You must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills as the role involves liaising with all levels of management across the organisation.
The role will involve data entry, using the Datix Risk Register Module, general administrative duties, and call handling. The post holder will also be involved in risk register workshops, risk development and resilience planning and will be supported to develop these and new skills.
