An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic individuals to join the Integrated Specialist Care Portfolio for Surgery at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. We are recruiting to multiple posts, both full and part time for Administration Assistant/Rota Coordinator posts.
The roles lead on the coordination of junior doctor rotas across the surgical division, identifying and filling gaps, escalating deficits, updating the Doctors Rostering System (DRS) and keeping up to date records ensuring adherence to local and national policies. The team in addition will provide comprehensive administration support across the division.
The posts are varied and interesting with wide exposure for development and career progression. The candidates will be based at Ashgrove House, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
