An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced registered health or social care professional to take forward the strategic direction of Spiritual Staff Care and Wellbeing Service across NHS Fife and the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP).

The post combines vision, strategic planning and evaluation to develop and enable the delivery of the recommendations for staff wellbeing within the National Framework for Spiritual Care. 

You will hold a Master’s degree and will hold a Values Based Reflective Practice (VBRP®) Facilitation and Trainer qualification, as well as having had experience of delivering spiritual care in a healthcare setting, having worked as a healthcare chaplain.

You will have excellent leadership skills, including quality improvement knowledge and experience, as well as demonstrating the ability to be an effective change agent. This should be combined with wider experience and understanding of operational management issues within a complex health environment.

Interviews will be held on 18th March 2024.
