The shift pattern is Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00.
This is a Fixed term post for 12 months.
There are two positions available for this post- 1 x Alcohol Drug Recovery Service, St Andrews House, 113 Cross Arthurlie Street, Barrhead, G78 1EE/ 1 x Eastwood Health & Care Centre, Drumby Cres, Clarkston.
An e citing opportunity has arisen, we are looking to recruit two Full time Interim NTL for 12 month fixed term period to work in Alcohol & Drug Recovery (ADRS) Service and Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) within East Renfrewshire. You would be joining a friendly, supportive and well-established MDT team. Both posts are 37.5 hours per week. The post holders will provide professional leadership and operational management to the ADRS and CMHT within East Renfrewshire HSCP.

You’ll have excellent communication skills and skills in providing leadership to regulated and unregulated professional.
The post may include video, telephone, and/or face to face interactions with staff and the post holder will carry a reduced caseload of patients they will oversee and monitor in the community setting.
The post holder will actively contribute to change management, clinical/ care governance activity and collaborate and work closely with other members of the multi-agency, multi-disciplinary teams at both a local and National level where required.
As a senior member of the local management team the post holder will be expected to deputise in the absence of the Senior Nurse and provide cross cover to other Team Leaders to ensure safe, effective and efficient service delivery.
Management and experience of working in the mental Health field is essential.
