There is an opportunity to join the Community Pharmacy Services Team, Assynt House, Inverness on a fixed term contract until 31/01/2025 as Project Support Manager for TAM (Treatments and Medicines app). The job is suitable for flexible working and would be a mix of working from home and office-based work.  This post is available from 3rd June.

TAM is a website and app that houses NHS Highland’s therapeutic information in one easy-to-access place for staff and patients and has a direct impact on patient care.

This postholder is responsible for all aspects of administration and information management for TAM and will provide support and guidance to the TAM Subgroup, stakeholders and end-users of TAM.

The postholder will be engaged in project management support across TAM project areas. This includes continuation of current projects and assisting in the development of significant new projects.

This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation skills, and a high level of organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the use of databases is expected.
