Applications are sought from suitably experienced individuals to join our Procurement Team at Golden Jubilee National Hospital.
The post holder will be the procurement lead for stock management for the Scan for Safety system. This will include procurement input into further roll out of the system primarily from a Stock Management and reporting perspective. https://scanforsafety.nhs.scot/
The post holder is required to have experience gained in large multi-disciplinary organisation in management and implementation of IT system and data analysis via MS Excel
Strong evidence of IT literacy is also required given the nature of the role.
The successful candidate will have analytical and data management skills, in particular how to manage data using Microsoft Excel. – pivot tables in particular. Good communication skills in oral, written and presentation format and good organizational skills.
