NHS Tayside has recently developed their Digital Strategy and at the heart of this lies an ambition to have a Datacentre Infrastructure team at the pinnacle of technical excellence which can be used as an example to others. This is an exciting time to join NHS Tayside Digital Directorate as the Datacentre Team are key to day to day patient care and we are going through a period of Service improvement and modernisation.
The Person we are looking for:
- Is Highly Skilled
- Has the ability to work as part of a Team
- Interested in Technology
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux, Nutanix and Cloud
- Is a good problem solver
- Doesn’t mind writing documentation
- Doesn’t mind variance as this is an Infrastructure role, tasks may not always be identified
- Ideally Degree/HND Certified and or have previous experience in an infrastructure environment.

- The Digital Team are currently based in Maryfield House, Dundee, however this may change in the future and there is some flexibility, with the team working remotely at times
- Training – Various courses are provided as well as Certification in select Microsoft Products
- You will be part of a strong team with a strong team ethic.
