As an Assistant Practitioner you will be working at the heart of our multidisciplinary teams delivering high quality, patient-centred care, supervised and reporting to a Registered Practitioner. This will require you to be able to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals, both verbally and in writing, to share our commitment to maintaining high standards in everything we do, and to demonstrate that you can work effectively within a team that behaves in accordance with our values.


We are seeking to recruit people who are committed to delivering outstanding patient care, take pride in what they do and are motivated to learn and develop. A caring, professional manner and excellent communication skills are essential. You must work well in a high pressure environment and have the ability to adapt to changing situations.


Please note that these positions require the successful applicants to work a variety of day shifts, including weekends. Full and part time workings, as well as flexible working options are available.

 

Applicants should be able to provide evidence of previous knowledge and relevant experience of working within a caring role/healthcare environment using Recognition of Prior learning. Applicants must hold a SCQF level 8 qualifications. Applicants will be asked to bring evidence of qualification and evidence of a portfolio of learning along to the interview.
