We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
The shift pattern is Monday-Friday.
We are excited to invite you to apply for the role of Principal Human Resources Manager at Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP). You will manage the day to day provision of a full range of Human Resources services for NHS employee groups within GCHSCP. Providing leadership and expert, authoritative advice with respect to complex workforce issues, commissioning specialist and operational human resources services to support managers in the delivery of HSCP and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) strategic and operational objectives.
You will ensure consistency in the application of Human Resources policies and procedures and the development and maintenance of the NHS Staff Governance Standard. You will promote and support implementation of a strategic performance management approach to people management and development that results in a more effective and person centred front line delivery.
Applicants must be CIPD qualified, have HR experience at a Senior level and be able to demonstrate leadership and influencing skills.
