We are looking to recruit a replacement Practice Nurse.
Lochgelly Medical Practice is a small, friendly GP practice in West Fife. We are proud of our reputation for providing a friendly working environment in which to provide a high standard of clinical care for our patients.
We care for 3,300 patients with a team of 3 GPs in addition to a part-time employed ANP and NHS Fife ANPs. We have an excellent wider MDT including our pharmacy team, mental health nurse, respiratory nurse, MSK physiotherapist, district nurses and health visitors.
The successful candidate will have experience in General Practice Nursing and will be comfortable working in all aspects of the management of chronic disease and Practice Nursing. General Practice experience is essential. A prescribing qualification is preferred
Salary will be based on experience. A nurse prescriber will have a higher Band 6 equivalent remuneration.
The position will be 16-20 hours over 3 days. We can be flexible around hours of work including potential options around some remote working.
The candidate will be eligible to continue in / join the NHS Pension Scheme.
