What you will do:

As part of the multi-disciplinary team you will assist our registered nurses and healthcare assistants in providing a high standard of nursing care, supporting the delivery of outpatient services at both Crosshouse and Ayrshire Central Hospital. Ensuring the healthiest life possible for the people of Ayrshire & Arran.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

You will have a SVQ3 in Healthcare related subject and / or equivalent knowledge gained in a relevant area through experience, on the job training and/or short courses or appropriate competency to undertake role.

With good communication skills and experience in a NHS healthcare setting, you will be willing to undertake further training/education as required.

Hours:

There are 2 posts available ( 20 hours), working a variable shift pattern including short shifts, day shifts, 12 hour shifts, potentially over a 7 day period (this is determined by clinical activity).
