Position

An opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Administrator based at Ayrshire Central Hospital.

What you will do:

Working within the Learning and Development team as part of the Department of Organisation and Human Resource Development you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support which will support the learning and development function to meet customer needs and expectations.

This will involve providing comprehensive administration support to Senior Management within the department, co-ordinating the administration of learning programmes liaising with Learning and Development Advisors and other key stakeholders in the Organisation.

You will assist in the administration of projects within the Learning and Development Department and administer learning and development support which complies with Organisational and Departmental quality procedures and systems.

The post will provide administration be based at the Training Centre, Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine and may be required to work at the Education Centres at University Hospital Crosshouse and University Hospital Ayr.

You will support and provide helpdesk assistance for systems such as iMatter, LearnPro eLearning Platform, LearnPro Course Booking System, Turas Learn and TURAS Appraisal.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

Minimum required to undertake the role:

  • Experience of Microsoft Office Packages.
  • SVQ Level 3 Business and Administration at SCQF Level 6 and/or equivalent qualification and experience
  • English and Maths at National 4 or 5 or equivalent level.
  • Ability to plan and manage own workload and work with limited supervision.
  • Experience working on own initiative and unsupervised with limited supervision.
  • Experience of planning and organising.
  • Attention to detail to maintain a high level of accuracy.
