The shift pattern is Monday-Wednesday 09.00-17.00.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist to work in our Mental Health Inpatient services, based at Ward 39, RAH Hospital in Paisley.

We are looking for an innovative Occupational Therapist who enjoys working as part of strong multi-disciplinary team and is committed to supporting the recovery of mental health inpatients.

The successful post holder will provide occupational therapy assessment and treatment, addressing the psychological, physical, sensory, environmental and ADL functioning of an individual, thereby supporting patient’s to achieve their optimum level of functioning.

The post holder will help facilitate safe and successful discharge home from hospital, and should possess the relevant skills and preventative strategies that will help individuals avoid future admissions.

The post holder will be supported by a strong culture of robust supervision and ongoing training opportunities.
