An exciting opportunity has arisen for  x2 posts, Senior Enablement Worker 31.5hrs each to join the Nairn Integrated Health and Social Care Team in Nairn.   This role is responsible as to supervising a small team promoting independence for individuals who wish to remain living at home for as long as possible.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Enablement officers and Enablement Workers within the District service to develop and support ways of delivering services to clients and patients.

They will be responsible having access to a car to deliver care as appropriate and to ensure efficient running of the enablement services within the District whilst maintaining aspects of lone working.

SVQ 3 is desirable.
