Clyde Critical Care Staff Nurse
Critical Care (Based in High Dependency Unit)

All Posts will be based within the Clyde Sector of NHSGGC
Clyde Sector has Band 5 registered nurse vacancies in critical care (HDU) at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. Critical Care Clyde includes on the RAH site Intensive Care and High Dependency and on the IRH site High Dependency and Coronary Care. Within the RAH site, as part of a surgical redesign, a new Intensive Care Unit has opened next to the current High Dependency Unit.
This is an exciting opportunity for Registered nurses to work in Critical Care where you will work in a busy and challenging nursing and multi-disciplinary team to ensure a high standard of care to critically ill patients with one or more organ failure requiring organ support, specialist care pathways and closer nursing observation. Cross site working within Critical Care is an expectation at times of service need. We are looking for caring, compassionate and motivated registered nurses to join our team, as a service we will support you to continuously develop with support of our Practice educator and through the exciting opportunities our team has to offer. You will be part of a team delivering care from admission to discharge from critical care and as patients needs differ, you will be required to tailor your approach to a broad range of individuals and circumstances to meet the patients’ needs.
