Are you interested in being part of the East Caithness Health and Social Care Integrated Team? If so this is the post for you.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the East Caithness Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and supporting people after they have left hospital. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative and provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high quality service to the local community.

Experience not required, although of benefit. Full training will be provided and the applicant will have the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.

A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.

This is a bank post working on an as and when basis and hours include 7am–2pm, 7am-11am, 9am-12 noon and 5pm-10pm and also to cover annual leave, vacancies and sickness.
