Lead Nurse Community

Band £56,992 - £61,522 per annum

Plus £1,279 Distant Islands Allowance per annum

37 Hours per Week

We are looking for an experienced Nurse that will lead, direct and manage an agreed portfolio of clinical across the Health and Social Care Partnership; ensuring effective, sustainable and reliable delivery of care and service in line with local and national priorities.
