We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
The shift pattern is Monday-Sunday (37.5 hours).
Are you passionate about providing specialised care for older adults? We are seeking an advanced Nurse Practitioner to work within Older People and Stroke Services within the RAH to join our dynamic team focused on serving the healthcare needs of other people.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans for elderly patients.
- Manage complex health conditions and provide advanced nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes and quality of life.
- Offer expert guidance and support to patients, families and caregivers.
- Participate in continuous education and stay updated on best practices in geriatric nursing.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is an opportunity that is also open as a training position under annex 21.
