Locum Consultant in Public Health Medicine (CPHM)/Consultant in Public Health (CPH)

NHS Lanarkshire - NHSL HQ Kirklands

Please note this is a fixed term post

The post holder will join the Directorate of Public Health with a particular responsibility and role in Health Protection.

The post holder will work with a team of consultants and specialists, and report directly to the DPH, with a responsibility for Health Protection within the Consultant Team. Together with other members of the Directorate of Public Health, s/he will have responsibility for control of communicable diseases and environmental hazards. 

All consultants, irrespective of background, are expected to be proficient in the competencies based on the 2022 Public Health Specialty Training Curriculum.
