The shift pattern is Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00.
We are looking to recruit a full time receptionist to join the East Renfrewshire CAMHS Team, based within Barrhead Health and Care Centre. East Renfrewshire CAMHS team is a multidisciplinary team working within CAMHS to meet and support recovery for all children and adolescents with moderate to severe mental health disorders. East Renfrewshire CAMHS will support evidence based practice and its key functions are the provision of consultation, assessment/intervention, training, audit and research. The team work with patients managed by East Renfrewshire CAMHS aged 0-18 years.
The post holder will be required to provide effective and efficient secretarial and administrative service to a multi-disciplinary clinical team, comprising, medical, psychology, nursing and occupational therapy staff within child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) in East Renfrewshire.
The post holder will undertake reception duties, audio typing, dealing with telephone enquiries, data input, record management, and mail duties. The post is front facing role which will be greeting and dealing with patients, professionals, staff and members of the public.
It is essential for the post holder to have experience in general reception, typing of reports, letters, updating databases, data input and record management using SCI Gateway and EMIS.
