KINGSWELLS MEDICAL PRACTICE
Assistant Practice Manager - Full time post (37 hours)
Kingswells Medical Practice are looking for an innovative and motivated Assistant Practice Manager.
Main Tasks include (but not limited to):
· Maintain high level of confidentiality
· Claims and Health Board Returns
· Rotas and Appointment management
· Enhanced Contracts monitoring
· Daily running of the business
· Finance – cash flow/book keeping/payroll
· Health and Safety and Information Governance
· Human Resources
· Audio typing
The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the Practice by supporting the Practice Manager in assuming shared responsibility for the above. This post will also include secretarial duties such as typing dictation and high level involvement with IT.
Previous GP Practice experience would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be given.
