Our Generalist Clinical Mentors are based in beautiful Fife which lies between Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee. They provide first class teaching from a position of experienced generalism to our graduate entry medical students on the ScotGEM programme. Teaching takes place in the University of St Andrews and within a host general practice in Fife. 

We are looking for maternity leave cover with the role involving 4 educational sessions of face-to-face teaching/preparation and 2 sessions of clinical general practice in Pitcairn Practice. Teaching follows a case-based approach and the students have the experience of being taught for 2 sessions in primary care, with patient exposure. Full training prior to delivery would be supported by the current team.
