Paediatric Specialist Dental Officer
37.5hrs
Applications are welcome for a Paediatric Specialist to support the development and delivery of our paediatric service in Fife.
You will be able to lead and develop our paediatric service and provide specialist care to a wide range of children with complex medical problems, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, inherited and acquired anomalies of the dentition, complex dental traumatic injuries, and complex social problems. You will demonstrate clinical leadership in the care of children and young people. You will be part of our dental anaesthetics team at Fife Community Dental Centre.
You will also have the opportunity to provide training for the Dental team as well as supporting Senior colleagues.
Applicants must have current full registration with the General Dental Council, passed their MPaedDent exam (or equivalent) and be on the General Dental Council Specialist List for Paediatric Dentistry at the time of commencement of the post.
