This is a unique opportunity for an experienced administrative coordinator to develop new procedures and practices to support the establishment of the Health and Social Care Partnership Integration Joint Board and associated governance structures.

Educated to degree level or equivalent and with senior administrative experience you will have a working knowledge of procedures and practices involved in working within a public sector environment. You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills and will be able to demonstrate advanced use of Microsoft Products and a keen eye for detail.

This post requires excellent interpersonal skills and you must be able to work as part of a small team but also use their own initiative when problems solving.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay.  This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff.  This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours.
